One route = one set of machines you service on a regular loop. If you run a single truck and hit the same locations weekly, that's one route. Operators with separate geographic zones typically need multiple routes.
Is there a per-machine fee?
No. Every plan includes unlimited machines per route. The only thing that scales is the number of routes you manage.
What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan and enter payment details. If you don't subscribe, your account pauses but your data is preserved for 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no phone calls, no hoops. Your data is exportable anytime.
